Terms and conditions apply. Check your city to see if you are eligible for the Gold Guarantee:

Jeddah : Until the 29th of Ramadan
Mecca : Until the 28th of Ramadan
Riyadh until the 27th of Ramadan
Dammam, Medina, Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Qassim (Buraidah, Unaizah), Abha, Khamis Mushait, Tabuk, Hail, Jazan, Yanbu : until the 25th of Ramadan
The remaining Tier 3 cities (Najran, Taif, Arar, Al-Baha, Sakaka, Al-Qurayyat): until the 24th of Ramadan
Other cities : Until the 22nd of Ramadan

If your order does not arrive before Eid al-Fitr, the product will be a gift to you and the full amount paid will be refunded according to the following conditions:

First: Customers eligible for the offer

The customer is eligible to take advantage of the offer in the following cases:

1. If the order is confirmed within the offer period specified on the website.

2. If the delay in delivering the shipment is due to the shipping company.

3. If the delay in delivering the order is due to the company.

4. If the shipping address entered by the customer is correct and complete.

5. If the customer is responsive to the shipping company when contacting them to deliver the shipment.

Second: Cases not eligible for presentation

The customer is not entitled to claim the offer in the following cases:

1. If the delay is due to the customer (in case of non-response to the shipping company).

2. If the delay is due to the customer (in case of changing the address after shipping).

3. If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address.

4. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment upon arrival.

5. If circumstances beyond our control occur, such as road closures, weather conditions, or government decisions affecting shipping.
